Mr. Ranjeet Sangle the founder of RVS LAW, is a Counsel practicing in the Supreme Court of India, and various High Courts especially Bombay High Court, and others in Goa, Gujarat, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Madras. He also practices in various National and State Commissions and Tribunals like the NCDRC, NHRC, etc. He mainly practices in Maritime Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Environmental Law and Human Rights Law.
He has completed his Masters in Law from National University of Singapore in Maritime Law. He has worked and studied with several international organisations like The Hague Academy of International Law and the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the Netherlands, and International Tribunal & Foundation for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, Germany, etc. He has visited 14 countries in relation to his work and studies.
He is a visiting faculty in law at various National Law Universities in India, International Foundation for Law of the Sea, Germany and at the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership. He is a member of the Indian Society of International Law, Maritime Law Association of Singapore and Asian Society of International Law.
Highly motivated and passionate about legal profession, Mr. Sangle is India’s youngest Special Public Prosecutor, having successfully conducted world’s largest criminal prosecutions i.e. trials against 120 Somalian Pirates in Mumbai, caught by the Indian Navy and the Coast Guard on behalf of the Government and secured 100% convictions.
Mr. Sangle is also known to be one of the best criminal and political litigation strategist in the country and is member of various international organizations.
Ranjeet has worked with giants in the field of law throughout his career, His Excellency Judge Mohammed BEDJAOUI, Mr. Bharat S. Mehta, Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi Sr. Counsel, and Mr. S. Venkiteswaran, Sr. Counsel, to name a few.
Known for his excellent oratory skills, Ranjeet is also actively involved in Youth Politics in Maharashtra.
