Mr. Sourabh V. Patil

Advocate Sourabh V. Patil is a Senior Associate at RVS LAW and a veteran Civil Practioner. Sourabh graduated from ILS Law College, Pune and holds a Master degree in Law from University of Mumbai. He started his practice at Mumbai in the year 2013 and since then has appeared before various fora in Mumbai ranging from the High Court of Bombay to Tribunals and lower Courts. His practice areas include Civil, Constitutional and Criminal law.

Sourabh holds an expertise in handling Civil litigation in the nature of Suits, Arbitration, Writ Petitions and Consumer Complaints among others. Apart from his seasoned practice in Dispute resolution and litigation, Sourabh’s wise to ways approach lead him to imparting his skills to law students and has been associated as Honorary Lecturer and teaching law to many.

Mr. Hitesh Sangle

Advocate Hitesh Sangle is a Senior Associate at RVS LAW. Hitesh has been a Legal Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the various fields of law, namely Civil disputes, Commercial Law matters, Criminal matters, Consumer Disputes, Contract and Arbitration cases, Constitutional law cases, Matrimonial Matters, Negotiable Instruments Act Matters, NDPS Cases, Economic Offences, Labour cases, cases relating to banking law including the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions (RDDBFI) Act, 1993 and the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SERFASI) Act, 2002, Right to Information Act, 2005.

Apart from his professional callings Hitesh enjoys travelling and likes to keep himself updated with latest happening around the world.

Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni

Advocate Chaitanya Kulkarni is the executive head of RVS LAW. Chaitanya has graduated in B.Com and has pursued his LL.B. from Mumbai University. He is also a qualified Company Secretary.

His areas of practice are Criminal and Corporate Litigation at High Court and Sessions Court, he also practices in the Civil Courts, Arbitration/Alternate Disputes Resolution, various tribunals such as SAT, DRT, Industrial Tribunal, Consumer Courts.

As a corporate strategist at RVS LAW Chaitanya also advises and assists in formation of legal entities such as company, LLP, Trust, Partnership and advised on the compliance and strategic management of such legal entities.

He is legal professional with practical approach and technical expertise which enable clients to make informed decisions.

Sayali Sawant

Sayali Sawant is a practicing advocate and the administrative head at RVS LAW.

Sayali holds a Masters of Law degree specializing in International Law & Human Rights. She pursued her BSL.LL.B. from Pune University and also holds a Diploma in Corporate Laws, and Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws.

Sayali’s area of practice is Dispute resolution. She has a special inclination towards Maritime Law and has contributed research work in an IMO project.

Sayali is innovative at developing case strategies and is the drafting arm of the RVS LAW. She is confident in the courtroom and displays argumentation techniques that help boost the success rate of the case. With her interpersonal skills coupled through professionalism, analytical and solution based approach, Sayali has proved to be a valuable asset for RVS LAW. Sayali has a deep adherence to naturalism, who actively participates in environmental conservation and adores travelling.

Neha Mirajkar

Neha Mirajkar, is a practicing advocate at Bombay Bar, because of her mediation skills, she has developed an inclination towards Family Law. She holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law as well as a Management Degree from Mumbai University.
